There have been enough coaches come and go that we don't have to wait until this staff fails to start blaming ownership, be it Mark or Al. They have more than proven they make awful hires and aren't good judges of coaches. There's nothing else to wait on to make that judgment.

The thing that sucks is that when Mark relied on the old guard like Ron Wolf and Madden, they recommended Reggie McKenzie to him so he hired him. He finally stepped out of that Raider history bs hires and started looking outside.

We kinda went with this when Andrew Walter
was drafted; in the 3rd round I think and he
had like great reviews in college where he broke

like the number 3 defence; but the real story was

Weren't we running the Bed & Breakfast offense when Andrew Walters was the QB? I doubt if any QB could have succeeded in that offense.

reading through the comments through this thread and i'm very excited to see him in the Preseason. i hope he balls out !! very excited for our future in general, it's an exciting time with our new players , QB etc.

I agree with Fuck DAVID Carr... but not Derek. Despite anything and everything else, Derek Carr is a good man. He ultimately was not the right QB for the Raiders, but he has been a stand up guy through and through. I won't bad mouth Derek but David is a biased idiot. You can't be an analyst and skew every damn thing in the favor of your brother regardless. He wasn't a good NFL QB and he surely is not a good analyst. A good analyst separates their personal attachments from the subject they are discussing. Whether that be a family member, a favorite team, or a best friend, their job is to give an unbiased perspective PERIIOD

They say he throws is such tight windows that he gets picked off at times, which will be a work to fix issue I'm sure.

In watching some of his college highlights two things that are very apparent, he can throw into small windows accurately and the ball gets out of his hand quickly.
