There's also smoke that the Colts believe they won't get Stroud or Young so they are preferring to trade down if both aren't available. Draft Hooker later and let him sit behind Minshew for half the year/year. Could be total bullshit so no one trades up to 3. Also...Hooker is rising on boards. It's totally possible a team takes him in the early 2nd....maybe even a low first
