Not sure, mstrbass2000. I’m kind of wondering if Renfrow or maybe even Adams are being moved. We have a shitload of receivers now. Half won’t even make the team.

Adams and Renfrow were the only receivers on the roster. It was an actual low key need. Meyers will end up working outside and in the slot. Sims is a big bodied, RZ target. Dorsett may make the team. The rest are camp fodder.

McDaniels just like Gruden would much rather work with veteran receivers, than having the number 5-6 receivers be rookies. Is this considered a weak draft for WRs?

Adams, Meyers, Renfrow, Dorsett, Sims, Cole

Guessing much of the draft will be spent on CBs, OL, DL, an LB.

I believe Simms is a special teams contributor taking Mack Hollins place.

The Raiders have a too many needs to fill by the draft alone. It's also hard to find first year starters in the later rounds.
I hope they still bring in some proven starters in free agency and not go dumpster diving for players later on.

I don't think they view this is a 1 year thing where they bring guys in and expect to win the Superbowl this year. I think they view this as trying to build the team up through multiple drafts and then supplement depth with FA.
