Rodgers is known for calling out teammates for sub par play. I think Rodgers would have no problem with a coach who demands a lot. My question would be would Rodgers adapt to josh's offense?

My issue with Rodgers coming is playing in McDaniels system. McDaniels is too stuck in his ways to change his offense to Rodgers skill. He will force Rodgers into learning his offense., rather than look at Rodgers and say, our offense is going to be what and how Rodgers wants to run it and McDaniels be the guy who supports him and puts tweaks into Rodgers style of offense to make it better....
You do realize that McDaniels runs a west coast offense which is what Rogers has been in most of his career.
If Rodgers changes the play at the line and gets a big gain, is McDonalds going to yell at him? Rodgers may be a better play caller compared to McDonalds.
Which is exactly what I am saying. Those 2 would clash immediately. There's no way he could do what hes done in Denver and in Vegas to Rodgers. I would love Rodgers to be the QB for the Raiders for next few years I just don't think that 1 it will happen and 2 if it does that McDaniels is going to work with Rodgers.
