Derek carr tot he saints ???

they just traded sean payton to denver for their 1st this yr and 2nd rd pick next yr

maybe carr gets the saints 1st rd pick this yr or 2nd this yr and 2nd next yr, i think the saints r the front runners now for derek carr trade, roster is full of talent and only needs a game manager to get tot he playoffs

I like your thinking but no way in hell are the Raiders getting anywhere near a first for Carr. If they do, Ziegler is the man
I'm thinking if we can get a 3rd and a 5th right now, the Raiders consider themselves lucky. If the Raiders didn't structure Carrs deal the way they did with basically the 1 year out and no trade clause, then I'd say yes, the Raiders could get at least a first from someone.. but due to the way we did Carrs deal, we will be lucky to be able to even trade him at this point
    Sucks but it's the truth

They need to cut Carr before the Pro Bowl, if not and he hurt in the Pro Bowl, he get his guaranteed money.

Nice pipe dream; but Carr really not that good to justified a 1st round pick....and everyone knows that the raiders cannot hold on to Carr till a certain date and it very soon...

My best bet is Carr will get release and we will get nothing for him..

I we do get anything; a 3rd rounder would be awesome

we dont need to do a fire sale on carr, we can allow his contract to go past the deadline (40 million guaranteed to 2024) then trade him ala carson palmer

brady retiring and brock purdy out all of 2023 with tommy john surgery takes out jimmy g out, that put carr #2 to rodgers in free agency at the qb position his value just went up a lot for at least 3 or 4 teams with playoff calibre teams in place, once rodger decides to stay or gets traded that only leave carr left for the saints, skins, panthers, jets and you never on tua in miami or new england
