    Thank You Derek Carr!!!!!

Dear Derek, As a proud member of the Raider Nation for well over 40 years, I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for everything you have done for this organization and fanbase. You are the epitome of class, hard work, leadership, character, and how to play the QB position the right way. It's been an honor and a privilege to watch you suit up for the Silver and Black and give it everything you had for the organization, your family, the Raider Nation, and your faith!

To be where we are today is a organizational failure. Countless number of new head coaches and new offensive systems to learn, next to zero support from the defense, as it ranked at or near the bottom, in every statistical category related with defensive football in your 9 year career. Flat out biased officiating on a year in and year out basis to try and overcome, which flat out cost the Raiders wins each and every year. While many wanted to blame you, you stood in front of the entire world and didn't place blame, simply stating 'put it on me' and accepting responsibility for everyone else's failures. Anyone who really knows the game of football, knows it wasn't you. Very admirable to say the least. You are a true leader!

If I were treated the way I hear you have been treated by McDaniels and Mark Davis, I would want a new home too. Very disappointing to see Mark not show you love and loyalty after everything you have done for this organization, and support McDaniels who has been here for one year.

Where ever you do end up, I will support you for the rest of your career. You will always have a huge fan in me, and many of the Raider Nation everywhere!

I do appreciate you DC, and I wish you and your family nothing but the best. I do pray each and every day, some how this can work out and you can return to the Raiders. Because at the end of the day, you are and will always be the best option at QB for the Raiders. More on this later. Mark Davis is going to learn that this will be the biggest mistake he's ever made.

To the best QB the Raiders have ever had. Thank you #4! Thank you for everything! You are and always will be appreciated by many of us in the Raider Nation!

    God bless you DC!

...........for zero playoff wins in 9 years.

    on to the next.

Since my comment is spot on and based in reality ( no excuses brah, if you're great, you win ) DC will appreciate it more than your delusional super homer excuse of what the crap is that comment, just sayin'.

This organization has supported Carr for 9 years, what more do you want? How many QBs have lasted that long with the record he has, deserved or not? What about all the other players that were released from the Raiders in the past, no kind words for them? What is it about Carr that makes so many fans blind to what is actually going on? You must be trolling all these years, I mean your screen name says "FIB" as in fibbing.

We shall see how good Carr really is when he goes to another team, hopefully that team has a top 5 defense and a top 3 O-line and a elite core of receivers and a top 3 RB and doesn't play in cold weather.

I 100% agree, FIB. Couldn't have said it better myself.

Carr is the greatest QB the Raiders ever had? Give me a fucking break. He couldn't hold Stablers jock.

I haven't ever read anything FIB posted. I just agree with him so he feels good about himself.

I guess the Snake being surrounded by HOF players and being coached by an HOF head coach, had nothing to do with his success?

If Carr could have been so lucky.
