I would sign Mike McGlinchey. I know Gruden wanted to draft him but the 49ers beat him to it. This guy completely neutralized Maxx in our game against 49ers.

Depending how Stidham does against Chiefs, I say keep all the extra cap space and sure up this o-line,;d-line , LBer and backend of defense. And have a draft like the Seahawks did.. simple formula really. Haha
