If McDaniels is the HC next season, Carr will probable retire.
We had three years of Jon Gruden drafting in which has been really really bad; Leathwood gone; Abram gone; Ferrell still on the team but barely a starter; Ruggs gone; and another corner who drafted in the first gone (forgot name):.....
McDaniels really need to start all over again with Raiders and he better with his own QB; Carr will get another team to play for as he not that bad as a QB; but we are in another 10 year rebuilding program and when we are good again; Carr will be in his 40's....
If the Raiders do that, and rebuild WITH McDaniels it will be a massive failure and set this team back many more years. He is NOT a head coach he has proven that. He has lost the team, people are riding injuries and retiring rather than play for him because they know there is no point. Yeah true, but Mark needs to come out and say he made a mistake, because if you keep McDaniels past this season, you will do more damage to the team, good players will leave, will be set back five years, don’t think McDaniels will ever be successful as a head coach, he going go back to Belichick and kiss his butt to be OC again, seems that’s what he good at, but with Patriots only, other teams he never last long as OC.
We could still go on a 9 game winning streak and meet the Eagles in the Superbowl
