It's professional football, not Six Flags.

It's time for the players to grow up, buckle down and change the culture. What's interesting is that players have said that practices often don't go the way they expect and then you can't expect for good things to happen in a game if you don't practice well.
What's funny about that is when Gannon came to the Raiders, he said that there was too much fucking off type of behavior. I think he said he even took the pool table balls and hid them because people were too worried about pool games during practice. The people who complained about him being too tough to work with only lasted another year in Oakland. The ones who got on board with trying to win stuck around. So if that's sort of the case here then we have bigger problems. This is their job...this isn't some blow off class. They should be expected to act and perform at high level. Wallers play in this past game is fucking unacceptable and he downright should be yelled at for it....he cost the team 3 possible touchdowns.

People like Ryan Clark need to watch a Football Life when Jimmy Johnson started coaching the Cowboys. Talk about changing the culture, he cleaned house and those who didn't want to work hard and bust their butt, got their walking papers.
