Suddenly, Mark Davis has a problem

We need a HC that can realize we are running stupid plays on offense. Especially in the red zone. Even if the coach is not an offense guy, you have to realize some plays don't work.
Is there a DC in the league that doesn't look for the Raiders to run Jacobs up the middle on first down?
I like Bisaccia, but is he ever going to out coach Andy Reid? He has many players buying into the system, but can anyone say they like the play calling?

Keeping Bassacia would be an epic mistake and set us back a few years...Might as well keep Carr while we're at it..

Rich needs to be retained as ST and assistant HC. Good locket room guy and very positive attitude. We then need a hard nosed HC who believes in strict discipline and 100% effort. I don't know of a head coach that is going to come in and keep a DC and OL coach, then fire OC. I think Rich could be last man standing of our staff if we go new HC. Possibly Cable is retained as well.

Question is who does he bring as OC? Has to be someone aggressive and inventive IMO
