    Al Davis Memorial Torch

Anyone know who is lighting the Al Davis Memorial Torch for the final game in Oakland?

Tough question...close it out with the first one to light, John Madden.

Possibly the best Raider in the latest version of the Oakland Raiders....Rich Gannon.

Madden would be a good choice. I heard a rumor it might be Al Davis' wife.

I'm guessing that it won't be Lane Kiffin.

Anyone read about the AL torch in Vegas ?

Some amazing shit. Being made with a '3D printer' in Kansas City.

Going to be 85 feet high. Largest 3D printer construction in history.

Flame is not going to be actual fire, or a projection or hologram.

Construction manager won't reveal what the flame will be. Promises it's going to be something never seen before. Can't imagine what the fuck will comprise the flame.

The tradition of lighting the torch won't move to the flameless torch in Vegas, so Sunday will be the last lighting.

Amazing, freaking Oakland knows nothing about it's history, absolutely nothing.....the stadium itself will be on 3333 Al Davis Way. I wonder if the A's so called reimagination of the Coliseum property includes any thing Raider.
