Looking at the current standings, some 8-8 teams could get in the playoffs this season.

Not saying it can't happen, but I strongly doubt 8-8 makes the playoffs. 10-6 will get it done, 9-7 might, but 8-8 ? Doubt it.

8-8 wild card team don't get in too often if ever. 9-7 might do it.
Bills 4-1. 2 games against Dolphins, Jets, Redskins, broncos. they have to win 1 out of next 7.
Colts 3-2. Dolphins, Bucs, Steelers, Broncos.
    Raiders 3-2 Bengals, Jets Broncos
Jags 2-4 -Bengals jets falcons bucs
    Browns 2-4 - Benglas (2)Cardinals, Steelers(2)Dolphins, Broncos
Just by the schedule I would say Bills are in at this stage. They have a very easy schedule. We beat the colts in a tie breaker, so that is an advantage.

So it's between us the colts, Jags, Browns. Like us the Browns have a difficult early schedule. But very easy at the end of the year.

There is a lot of parity this season. Just looking at the NFC East, the Eagles and Cowboys are tied for first place at 3-3.
