Jonathan Abram likely out for the season

“Raiders Rookie Safety Johnathan Abram tore his Rotator cuff and Labrum in the first quarter of last night’s game. He will have surgery this week...likely ending his season, per source.”

Well this sucks. Kid had a good night last night and was a good piece of the secondary. Next man up I guess

Ugh... just once I would love for all our rookies to play an entire season without getting hurt. I know it's apart of the game but damn it all... it happens every freaking year for us. I was very impressed with him on Monday....sigh... welp heal up fast kid.

Hopefully Conley is ok to suit up on Sunday... maybe we can get Nixon to cover the nickel and move Joyner back to safety for the time being until we can maybe sign.... George Iloka...or maybe even Eric Berry?
    I hope I didn't brain my damage...

I bet he tries to play this week. His range of motion will be limited, seems like he wants to play, he got a second opinion.

His twitter post regarding it doesn’t seem too encouraging
