San Diego and New England were the two teams who weren't in the top half of the league. The top 5 teams were all playoff teams. I wonder how this plays out with sacks allowed. I bet NE's number was one of the best. That could be even more important. Hence NE were the champs.

Its a legitimate goal, I don't think we can get to the number. I think a number in the 30's is more realistic but still not good. This team needs to blitz more, it cannot create the pressure with a 4 man front. If you cannot get sacks they need to create turnovers to be more competitive.

As I remember, it was the best. They had Brown protecting his blind side. Raiders will probably try him out as FB or TE since he can't possibly beat out Miller at LT. Because he sucks so bad at LT but Gruden says that's not the position he'll play. Gruden is a dufus. He either thinks people believe him (which they don't) or actually believes what he says - more scary.

the addition of marshall and our kids going into yr 2 will help plus ferrell/crosby will help us get back toward avg but our secondary is gonna be much better as conley gets to pro bowl status, joiner whom is a pro bowl talent, worley and the additions of mullen and johnson two kids with size, length and ball skills

So why is it that you are not coaching the Raiders, throw your hat into the ring. You seem to know better than Gruden.

Well to be fair to Key... he did welcome his first child a few months ago
    I hope I didn't brain my damage...

I don't see us with 40 this year unless we manufacture enough from other players like the secondary. I'm hoping to get into the 30's at this point.
