Thread: Who still says Carr will be traded or released?

Who still says Carr will be traded or released?

Please stand up and make yourself be known!

There were a lot of members here who have been saying Carr will be traded since early last year. Less than two weeks from the draft and it still hasn't happened yet. Yet the chatter continues.

There are countless number of mock drafts and people in the national sports media continuing to say Carr will be gone and a new QB is coming in. Here are just a couple of examples of many.

I've maintained to this day, Carr is the least of our problems, and that Carr is a walking MVP candidate, a franchise QB, and is GOING NO WHERE!

So if a trade of Carr or a flat out release is to come, as many here have stated, your time is running out! If a trade were to come to fruition, it would happen before or at the draft in all likelihood.

While anything and everything is possible, a trade in my book would result in a kings ransom to pry Carr free from us. But again, if you got one of the best in the league, why get rid of him? Especially for an unknown commodity.

Last call my brothers and sisters! I say Carr is staying. If you think he will be gone in one fashion or another, please stand up!

Go Raiders and in Reggie, Mark, Chucky, and Mike Mayock I trust!

I think Carr stays this season but don't believe for one second he's in their long term plans.

So get rid of a Carr at seasons end, who will have most of if not all of the Raiders QB records in franchise history, who will only be 29? Makes no sense bro!

Go Raiders and in Reggie, Mark, Chucky, and Mike Mayock I trust!

This will be Carr's last year as a Raider.

It all depends on how he does this season with his new toys. If he excels, I don't see him leaving. I also don't see a rookie going into Vegas day one struggling while learning the new league.

Don't worry. Haskins won't be a rookie by the time we move to Vegas.

Let the draft go by then the “told you so” can begin.

ALOT of people said last year was his last year. 1 person came foreword so big respect to the dude owning it.
Carr haters & Carr fans all agree, this year is put up or shut up time.
Though when this roster is completed, it will be the best support he’s had as a Raider. Plus year #2 in the same offense.

I have a feeling Carr haters are going to be upset

    Good point.

Don't know why it's automatically assumed that if the Raiders draft a QB this year that Carr gets dumped simultaneously.

Took a year for the Chefs to dump Smith.

Wouldn't be shocked to see the Cards take Murray and retain Rosen for a year.

Not a Carr hater, just seen enough of him to conclude he's not a true franchise QB and that we can do better.

Upper echelon arm talent, but not much else. Durability concerns.

Wouldn't bet my life on it, but pretty certain 2019 is DC's last year as a Raider.

    Time will tell.

I am a Carr fan and I thought when he was healthy and we kept him standing that he proved that he can play. Last year the entire team sucked but at least he didn't break his leg or his back like in previous seasons. Next year we have two number one picks and Tua,Herbert, and Fromm might be available that we can go after if Carr doesn't cut it this year. I hope we give him this season with the new weapons to see what he can do.

I do know that if we move him on draft day that AB's Instagram will be must see.
