Clearly didn't love him enough to bring him back though. He's not a team leader and is only as loyal as the check that is written. He won't help the raiders develop and is s poor example of a team player for the young guys. Do you really want him poisoning the young guys to the point where they all hold out for better contracts or demand a trade? He's getting old and his talent will dwindle. He'll whore himself until he can't
If Suh got signed by the Raiders; he would be a big help on the line; but the raiders would be going the wrong way as this guy will need replacing in a few years...
Hurst and Hall can be good; but they will never be as good as Suh was...Suh is still very good now...
Thing is with a guy like Suh is that he been paid; he might have 50 million sitting in the bank so no rush to get back to football again....
Bigger name than game at this point. PASS.
that's exactly what I was going to say. as much of a monster he is, he'd be a luxury at this point. as someone else stated, if the price is right after the draft and we didn't draft a DT in the 1st then lets take a look at him. he'd be icing on the cake but right now we're all about meat and potatoes. but he's probably eyeing SB contenders right now anyways.
