Curtis Riley DB, Oakland Raiders
Raiders signed S Curtis Riley, formerly of the Giants.

Riley started all 16 games for the G-Men last year, playing the fourth-most snaps among all safeties in the league. He picked off four passes but also received dreadful marks from Pro Football Focus, finishing as their No. 85 safety out of 89 qualifiers. He was particularly poor against the run. With Lamarcus Joyner expected to be the Raiders' primary nickel corner, Riley may play significant snaps on the back end next to Karl Joseph.
