Chris Warren RB Reportedly Ballooned To 270 Pounds

I saw that. 270 is huge.

Most of it was probably muscle since all he was doing was lifting weights. If the knee thing was real it makes even more sense. 23 pounds isn’t a lot of weight to lose

So did CJ Anderson. Nobody cares if you produce.

It isn't losing the weight. It's putting on the weight. I don't know if he had a surgery or not. But that a lot of weight to put on.

23 pounds is not a lot of weight to put on when you’re also lifting weights at the same time. He bulked up without the ability to do conditioning to shed the excess weight

Your kidding right. 23 pounds is a ton of weight to put on. He played football at Texas, a big University where they have some of the best trainers in the country. It's not like the Raiders pulled him off the streets and this is the first time he ever lifted. They lift probably every day at Texas just like they do at most football schools.

What are you talking about? He's talking about the fact that Warren was IR'd because of a knee injury. If all he can do is lift without doing the cardio to maintain his weight because of his knee then the weight jump from lifting is no surprise.
