    Antonio Brown

Antonio Brown - WR - Steelers

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports the Steelers have not spoken with Antonio Brown since he was deactivated for the team's Week 17 game against the Bengals.
Per reporter Gerry Dulac, Brown has "refused to return repeated phone calls" from owner Art Rooney II and coach Mike Tomlin. He skipped the team's final meetings. "Whether the situation can be reconciled and have him back on the team next year, we’re a long way away from thinking that can happen," Rooney said, expanding on his comments that it was difficult to envision Brown with the team in 2019. "We’re not closing the door on anything at this point." Rooney said the massive $21.2 million cap hit the Steelers would take by trading Brown will not factor into their decision. Rooney sounds 100 percent ready to move on.

ps sounds to me like the rooney's are ready to move forward without abrown,we might be able to get him for less then a 1st now cause the steelers are basically giving up on him and have lost some leverage now

antonio browns remaining contract is basically 3 yrs 36.4 million an avg of 12.13 million per yr,if the raiders play this right we could get abrown the stud to replace amari cooper and save cash cause coopers 5th yr pay was 14 milllion and a new deal would have costed us an avg of 17.5-18 per yr

Dangg! Make this trade happen asap! Sign Bell too lol. We'd definitely make the playoffs next season if we got those 2

Oh heck ya no doubt! Resign Cook also. Our Offense becomes a juggernaut!! the salary for AB tho..only 12/13 M a year...........Idk if they'd accept a 2nd rd pick tho. I'd try a 2nd & 3rd. If that dont work..just pony up our Cowboys 1st rd pick. Its worth it! N draft the shit out of Defense n Oline

Is he worth a first? He’ll be 31 by the time the season starts

abrown is still a top 2 wr in this league,so yes he is worth a 1st but i think our 2nd (3 pick) would be enough if not throw in a 4th and get derek car a proven true wr1 finally

Trade back with the 4th pick if your guy is not there - get an extra 2nd and get AB . Then you won’t have to waist one of those 1st rounders on a receiver.

Highly doubt the Raiders will go after Brown....if you look at the start of the season and end of the season; Raiders just got younger...and Brown could be a problem in the locker room...

abrown wants outta pitt,a new start with us could reenergize him and his salary is reasonable at 12 million compared to if we had kept amari at 14 million, shit the trade off of amari's pick for abrown would be a boon for us,save 2 million next yr and 5 to 6 per yr 2020-2021,amaris new contract would avg 17.5 to 18 per yr anybody wanna wager amari never beats abrown numbers wise for those yrs (next 3) cause i can see abrown avg 110 rec and 1400 plus 12 tds those yrs
