Go Raiders and in Reggie, Mark, Chucky, and Mike Mayock I trust!
Then you point to an Organization that won 5 super bowls about the horrible decisions that they made. Let me say it one more time you are comparing the dreadful record of Reggie McKenzie and putting him on a pedestal to an organization that won 5 super bowl and been to 3 more. Hasn't had a losing season in close to 20 years. Won the division close to 15 straight years. To Reggie Fucking McKenzies mistakes. Are you trying to be funny? They traded Jimmy G for a 2nd round pick. I would say thats fair value, instead of paying an unproven QB 130 million or whatever he got. Bad organizations sign him to that contract. Example the 49ers. Which is why the 49ers organization as a whole sucks.

The NE Patriots are a bunch of cheatin bastards. Period. All their success is tainted. So I don't give a rats ass what their record is. And a second round pick for a franchise QB is not fair market value brother. There's another trade the Pats lost out on. Thanks for pointing it out.

Explain to me how the Patriots lost out on the deal? The got a second round pick for a player they could not and would not sign to a ridiculous contract. They saved $130 million dollars that can be spent on both sides of the ball. For a players who had 4 career starts. How did the $130 million work out for the 49ers this year? It got them #2 pick in the draft and 3 wins. And the Patriots made it to the Super Bowl after trading away a $130 million player. And they won the division once again. So I think it worked out better for the Patriots. They have the # 2 seed this year. What exactly makes him a franchise QB? Because you said so. Don't franchise quesrterbacks actually have to do something. Jimmy G hasn't even played a full season yet. He could be Scot Mitchell.

Franchise QB's cost more than second round picks. Belicheat wanted Jimmy G to stay and wanted to let Tom Brady go after this season. Kraft stepped in and vetoed it. Last year Jimmy G looked like Joe Montana, and they awarded him a market value contract. Jimmy's freak knee injury and the Niners record this year doesn't pertain to this debate.

You either win or lose the Super Bowl. There's one winner at years end. Everyone else is a loser. Runner up is still a failure. And what makes Jimmy G a franchise QB was his play and the contract he was awarded.

And Belicheat's offer wasn't too far behind the Niners offer. When QB's are offered this type of coin, this tells you whether they are a franchise QB or not. Debate over. I win and you lose!

The Raiders of the 70s cheated far more than these Patriots ever did. Get a grip.

Well the top 6 paid QB's didn't make the play-offs this year. All 6 had losing records.
Stafford, Garappolo, Cousins, Ryan, Rodgers, Carr. So explain to me how paying your QB top dollar is good for the franchise. If you can't get to the payoffs, you can't win theSuper Bow. Isn't what that's about. I don't care what a QB looked like for 5 weeks, ask the Bills and Rob Johnson how that worked out. Or Houston how Brock Osweiler works out. Or ask Reggie how trading for a QB who had 1 game worked out, his name was Matt Flynn. It worked out fine for Seattle because the idiot Reggie traded for him. CHECK MATE
