He's a classy guy.

But did he sign it under the terms of knowing he cannot be franchised again or did he sign in in good faith that he wont?

In the 1960 NFL Draft there was a center that was completely overlooked by every NFL team. 15 centers were selected that year. Jim Otto was not one of them. After 308 consecutive games and 20 years later, Jim Otto becomes the Raiders first hall of famer.

I really think Stanford Routt will take will move to #2 with Hall being #1 Corner next year. Al Davis should of got some draft picks for Asomugha while he had the chance. 10 Million for one year when he was due 800K is kind of steep. Good for you Namdi

Hope we can keep ASO but you could be right saying next year it'll be Routt & Hall. Man I'd hate to lose ASO though but Hall & Routt would be one of the fastest if not the fastest DB combos in the game.

I just hope it doesn't come to that but if it does, I have faith that Routt can become a good corner and if Hall can keep his mouth shut, he's already a pro bowl corner 2 times in his short career.
