I think I would have to take long over any of the four. Great work ethic and never takes a play off. Although If he's gone by the fourth which I think he will be go offense w/ mcfadden. I don't think you can pass him up. realisticly can you wrong with any of the those players available?

Good writing my friend. Nice comparison's, fair evaluations, GREAT CONCLUSION!

Here's to the Raiders drafting a DEFENSIVE LINEMAN with their #4 pick!

Very Nice read Ace!

To those that compare Brayton to Long.... get real - is it because he's a white DE with short hair?

After a "long" offseason and a few flip flops I have decided to put only 2 players on my "wish list at #4...

Long or Dorsey period....

McFadden is a great talent but with a life expectancy of 4 to 5 years for a RB in NFL, the value just isnt there long term. Also the "anybody can gain yards in this O" arguement is a solid reason #2

Gholston (my original choice) screams of prefering the athlete over the football player. Upside or not there is a missing motor or desire that gives Long the edge.

Ellis is a strong candidate but I like the speed of Dorsey and the fact that he fits our DT needs better. Drafting an under tackle gives Sands a chance to regain his 2006 form. Kelly can play End. Warren gives us a rotation option.

Long will have a lot to prove before he can be compared to his dad regardless of what Howie says.... but in truth comparing their college careers one would have to favour the kid's accomplishments. As for wearing #75 HELL YES.... I wanna brand spanking new #75Long jersey!!!!!

Dorsey would be an awesome pick who may very well be our option if Long is gone. High motor, speed galore, desire and top performances against top competition.

Either guy will immediately improve our defence.
