I for one will miss McCown if he leaves - he had a good team attitude and was willing to help develop Russell...

Yo Vic, nice write up bro. I like the moves so far. It seemed we were in a catch 22 with the signing of Kelly (huge contract). All the people bitching about how much we spent crack me up. I would like to have seen their reactions if we let him go and had no bonafied DT going in to the draft. I like Kelly cuz he's versatile. I love G. Wilson signing (no FA want to come to Oakland ). I hope Harris works out cuz Russell needs good protection on that blind side. Now lets go get some WR's and have kick ass draft. Hell, all we would need then is for Kiff and Al to kiss and make up and we could all be one big happy family again... LOL!

But, Letting Porter go? The only threat we had? Whos next to go? Curry? Ok, then we will just run the ball all day long with a guy who can throw the ball 80 yards from his knees.

hahahaha! That was funny but also kinda true. But we have a long way to go before the season starts so lets not panic just yet.

It's ridiculous to think that anyone can throw a football 80 yards from their knees. JaMarcus can throw that far standing up, but not from the knees.
He can throw like 55-60 yards from the knees.

I just did a tiny bit of research and found out that Gibril Wilson was drafted in 2004 by the Giants exactly 2 picks after the Raiders drafted Johnnie Morant. Too bad they didn't draft Wilson in the first place. I wonder what Morant is doing right now?

Berrian gone? Stallworth gone? Devery Henderson gone? What are we doing...Curry is not the answer at all. We need two 6'4+ with Speed at wide recievers like Limas Sweed, James Hardy, Justin Harper & Mario Urrutia. Anyone under 6'4 should not even be considered. Get 3 of them and let them grow together......
