Fargas' deal is not a bank breaker, so I dont mind it. In no mean are we set at RB with the oft-injured Fargas though.

I'm not trying to bash 28 year old Fargas. In 5 years has had 3 knee injuries. Yes he ran for his first 1000 yards. But we need some fresh wheels. Even Bush has a bad tire??? What in the world is Al and staff doing???? Last year we could of traded that #1 pick for a late 1,& 2,( 2007) -2&3 for (2008) easy?? We could of went with McCown & Walter and drafted DUI Booty this year in the 2nd round for a 7yr 15Mil deal with 7 as guaranteed. And look the 2007 picks would of got us some young talent at any position. Plus we would be looking good for 2008 with an extra 2&3 pick. Now all I see is Dorsey. Other than that trade out....Get more picks for the future. I'm down for Billick as coach, D.Green as OC. Get a run stopping DC and we are in the mix. Remember Billick & Green comes from Walsh's coaching tree...still west coast offense? Al get real coaches and back off. Ryan can not stop the run!!!!! SD,KC, & Den are running teams...duhhhhhh!!!!!!

Why would Denny Green take a job, in OAK at that, who doesn't pay assistants that well, as an off. coordinator?
Why not add Marvin Lewis as DC? LOL

Billick??!! The offensive "genius" had such a great offense at Baltimore. The Defense won the GD Super Bowl for them. Their Defense, Siragusa plopping on Gannon in the AFC Championship Game, and one lucky pass got them to the Super Bowl.

Great read Vic (as usual!) I'm glad to hear Huggy Bear Jr is wanting to stay a Raider. He could have easily chosen to move out to another team.. that's something we are missing in today's football society.. the commitment and loyalty to an organization. Love to see him do another 1000 yd season in 2008!!

I Have True Faith In Justin Fargas, And His Rookie Card I Have On My Desk Encased In Glass. With Lamont Off His Back, And Our Foes At His Front. I Can Only Imagine How Many Happy Raider Fans There Will Be This Year.
