good read bro. stability is def. the key to russell's success which starts at the HC. plus we need to get some talent on that offensive side of the ball if it means drafting one, trading for one, or even getting one in FA which we did with walker if he can stay healthy

Kiffin really needs to get Jake Long and also needs to let JRussell go shotgun on 3rd down conversions. With Kifffins system, he went direct snap almost all season with all QB,s. Russell used the shotgun all of his career and is suited best for it. I coach football, and sometimes you have to adjust the play around the player, not make the player try to make the play. it only make sence! Get Jake Long in there to give JR time, go shotgun more often, and use the two back system for protection in shotgun!
