Sack or no sack?
Having a brain lock here.

Watched the Brownies and Jackasses on that joke of a channel NFLN.

On one play I believe it was one of the donkeys, sacked the Q.B. but committed a personal foul in doing so.

They marked off 15 yards from the spot of the foul, but I believe the announcer stated he was awarded a sack.

True or false?

Seems to me the penalty would wipe out the sack, right?

Technically it's still a sack but I don't think the players gets credited.

i believe the player gets credited

its a sack, then a foul because the foul happened within the sack.
