More house cleaning - get rid of Woodson and anyone else not 100% dedicated to the Raiders 2005 team winning it all at all costs.
It's not what we add at this point, it's refining what we already do have and creating a TEAM out of it.

The Raiders definitly have to go for a linebacker now! The offense is set, the d-line shuold be okay and with Woodson the backfield sjould be okay. But I do not see to much on the linebacker-position that makes me feel good for the upcoming season.

linebacker is my choice. Don't think we'll sign anymore "big names". We are now bargin hunting, looking for the Danny Clarks and Bobby Hamiltons. Would like to see Hartwell, but I dont think they're even looking at him as an option.

If we keep the 3-4, we will need several solid LBs. That is the key position in the 3-4. If we go back to the 4-3 (PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE), I would split between DLs and LBs.

I said DL because I want to go back to the 4-3, and we need a good pass rush. Without that, our defensive backs won't matter much. Now, if I could vote again.....and I knew we were staying with the 3-4, then LB is what we need.

Well, as of today we don't need a CB, so I choose LB as well... only area struggling, especially if we still run a 3-4.
