A quality LB (not necessarily a big name) is what we need now. Our defensive line is good as it is and our DBs are just fine. However, if we stay with the 3-4 (please no!) our LB needs will be even bigger. At this point, we may have no option but to look in the draft.

The Raiders are trying to trade for DE Darrin Howard from the Saints. NT has as much said we will be going to the 4 - 3. The Raiders want to trade Woodson and/or Buchanon. Without even looking at this thread the LB position was a no brainer. I would go as far as trading both knuckleheads for Howard and their 1st rounder.

3-4...4-3...I say just beat the crap out of the other team. Its time to get nasty again. Remember a few years ago when the Raiders knocked out like 7 or 8 of the other teams QB's from the game? And bring back the head slap this aint soccer. I'm new to this site and i hope to see my Raider brothers and sisters in Philly this year for for an old tyme ass kicking. Of course i care if the Raiders lose but if they do lose they got to punish the other team. Take their heart and refuse to give it back. Barret Ruud. He could start for us straight away, and the Raiders staff are supposed to be high on the guy after the senior bowl.

For me, trade (Me,Me,Me)Woodson for the Redskins 25th.
Picks 1st round - CB and LB (Barret Ruud and Justin Miller?)
2nd round - DE (Justin Tuck?)
3rd round - G and QB (Logan Matkins and Andrew Walters/Adrian Mcherson)
