Al mentions egos clashing but they both beeing smart enuff to realize they wanted the same thing (saying it and holding up his iced fingers lol )....

everybody knows Al needs a good, strong HC or GM, personel-guy or EGO to balance, channel his energy, will and effort to win into the right lanes, even Al does imo....he realizes that....hes strong enough to share the spotlight and wants the same respect back in return every now and then.... simple. who wouldnt if he was Al



be strong enough to represent and (im)prove your points timely and Al is YOUR puppet just like Gruden pretty much put it (when Kiffin was signed).....i dont think Al really was interrested in Gannon and the WC offense before Gru came in....




anyway i hope Kiff, who looks promissing in the EGO-department(i think Al likes what he sees, gets so far or Kiffin simply wouldve been gone....), has a remotely similar success in his tenure...just be smart, baby
