I don't care what anyone else says:

Al Davis's MASSIVE EGO is the reason the raiders don't have a SB win or two from Gruden.

Davis could not handle the attention that Gruden got and that was shared by someone who worked for the Raiders during those years who said that Al was the most unhappy he had ever seen him during the years Gruden was successful. Thanks for screwin' the Raiders up, AL. By the way, I will never forget the day that Gruden was traded to Tampa. I told my wife this is the stupidest decision ever. The next year during preseason I told my wife, "Watch, I guarantee SB 37 will be Raiders Bucs and the Bucs will win because you get what you deserve. I regret not placing a bet during that preseason.
