Weird comment about Jordan quote

This article says Jordan is quoted as saying his career might be over. Has anyone else heard this? I'm sure he's referring to the injury but I've never heard this. I'm not a big fan of Jordan, but it would be nice to have options.

Wow - hadn't seen that. If true, this lends more weight to either using the #1 on a RB (getting a QB in free agency) or using the #1 on a QB and moving up for Lynch (which would be really nice, IMHO).

wow...first time ive heard this. that sucks real bad if thats the case. id still say russell in the first and then go get a rb in the early rounds. wish we could get a first for moss

Peterson OR Lynch are looking even BETTER right now. Trade down and take one of these two. Possibly even just trade to get another 1st Round pick to use on one of them.

From what I remember he was quoted as saying it toward the end of the season. Lots could have changed by then. Who knows.

Whatever. Any reputable report wouldn't have misspelled players' names (Walters and Alvin Whitted?). Lamont opens his mouth enough that if he had said that, I doubt that is the first time we would have read about it.

maybe he just said his career may be over as a Raider???
One thing i feel the front office listened to the fans on him.. many wnated him the year before we signed him.. he became a free agent and we went for him.. too bad things went south last year, but "whos to blame"?
