My Dad is a big Cowboys fan and really wants them to hire N.Turner. He blames Al Davis for Turners lack of success and I tell hem he's just living in the Cowboys past.Ether way I don't think he is a good HC but a great OC This would be a mistake if the Cowboys went this way.

Heard Jimmy Johnson defending Norv on NFL radio the other day. He said that Washington wasn't his fault and that the Raiders are so disfunctional that no one can succeed there. I should have bitch slapped Johnson back in the 80's when I met him. Norv must have some pics of Jimmy and farm animals for him to defend him the way he does.

hes just not a winner. simple as that. i dont think he knows how to get his players motivated enough to take it to the next level. i wish the best for him but i really dont think hes good for the cowboys. he was given talent in dc and had weapons here in oak and couldnt win 6 games here. hes a oc and thats it. nobody from johnson's staff has turned out to be good head coaches. great assitants, bad head coaches. i hate the cowboys so i guess i hope they hire him.

NT may just be the most over rated coach in NFL history.
Credited with being the brain in Dallas, gee wish I could coach Emmet Smith, Troy Aikman and Michael Irvin, he gets more praise than a stripper on Saturday night. Given 2 stints as a head coach, both his teams underachieved and he boasts a losing record. They want him? They can have him. Nobody would be happier than the teams in the NFC East. In fact, I bet they are sending a limo to bring him to the interview. |

That’s why I would never make it in the mainstream media, they would fire me for being to “controversial”, when in reality I would be telling it like it is.
Me: Can you tell me about your former boss Jerry Jones? It’s common knowledge that he doesn’t know a football from a golf ball yet he went out and signed T.O. all on his own and FORCED him on one of the most knowledgeable football guys around in Bill Parcells. He drove Bill Parcels away and now you’re old team the Cowboys are thinking about hiring Norv Turner, is this your idea of functional?

Therefore, your thoughts would have no validity, including the thought that life is a result of chance or natural processes. For it would be a proof that there are no such things as proofs. Which is nonsense. By destroying the validity of ideas evolution undercuts even the idea of evolution. |
