Josh McCown??????

Detroit will most likely be looking to trade him or release him. They like Kitna and Orlovsky. They are looking at drafting Quinn or a QB in later rounds. This is what all the Lion fans are saying. I wouldn't mind picking him up to battle for the starting spot with Walter since Brooks and Tui will be gone. Then with the #1 pick we can look at Peterson or Johnson. What do you guys think?

F him. He had his chance last year. He probably could have started here but chose to battle Kitna for the job in Detroit?

I am sure he's sorry that he didn't want to play for us last year...he'll proably end up some were as a back-up but not here. He has soem upside since he atleast won game with the Cardinals, and put up numbers in limited play.

I thought he said that it seemed to him we were going to draft a Qb in rd 1. He wanted a chance to start and be the starter for more than a season. So he went to Detroit OOPS!

I dont know what he would bring to us. I dont want to trade for him but maybe if he was released take a look at him and see. It might be good competition.

I remember it that way as well, I wanted him last year and he is better than Brooks and he is a battler. Another poster made an excellent post, grab Jakey for 1yr and draft Russell, sorry guys not a Walter fan!
