Why not hire Les Miles

I think that Oakland will draft J.Russell and I read an article saying that people inside the organization are already seriously considering taking him #1. So why not hire the coach that has made him as good as he is Les Miles, he is only like 53 yrs and runs a good O and is very energetic on the sideline. I think he would be the best coach if we were gonna take Russell with the first pick.

Fisher runs the show

It isn't Miles who runs that offense, its Jimbo Fisher and he's gone for OC job at FSU or Bama.
