Tom Flores just said "I don't think Al is going to give up on Shell"

He went on to say that he thinks most of Art's offensive staff will be replaced but Art will be brought back and given more time to turn things around...

I personally think coaches stick by each other no matter what though , so this is just a case of Flores having a fellow coaches back even if he deep down feels otherwise...

Can Flores really come out and say "I don't think Art's a good coach and should be replaced???

I don't think so...

Just thought i'd share what I heard , this was about a half hour ago on AM570 KLAC here in SoCal...

Shell is a great guy, player and Raider but coaching just doesnt seem like the fit we need, he blew his chance by destroying Porter and Moss's attitude. I wouldnt be upset if he stayed but in this case change is good

Yea he sounded like he was just trying to have a fellow Raiders coach's back....

I guess I should've put this in the rumor mill even though Flores (who works for the Raiders I believe) isn't exactly a rumor monger...

Flores is the colour guy on the Raiders Radio broadcasts, so he is a Raider employee.

But him having watched every game, and knowing that he worked for Al for many years, I would think that he knows something.
