But 4 years or crap-ola and a 2-14. I will tell you what African-American Man ain't spending $1700.00+ this year on season tickets. No sir ree bob. You got to be kidding me. This is a coach the doesn't even communicate with his players hardly. Makes no half time adjustments. Wears a hat 9 times to small. Carries a freaking clipboard on the sideline. Nope. I will be a church, then if they are still on I will check them out on the high defenition. And on top of that he took a 4-12 and helped make it 2-14.

I bet Rob Ryan is pulling his hair out. Another year he and the defense will have to work overtime just to stay in games. And all you people who are preaching patience. Keep on preaching. But I will tell you what. What ever way the Raiders have been doing things. It ain't working. It just ain't working. I respect Al Davis but Im not a Al Davis disciple. Unless he changes his ways. So don't get mad when ESPN makes jokes and Fox Sports and other media outlets diss the Raiders. You know why because with all the stupidity that goes on in the decision making. Its well deserved. Al Davis can not make a change. Nobody would work for him. NONE of the great promising young coaches. They all would call John Gruden for reference, if they don't know already, and then "withdraw their names from consideration"!

You make good points. We have no right to get mad at the media outlets when they rip our organization to shreds. This is a f'in joke. How the hell do you get a second chance when you make a bad team CONSIDERABLY worse. UGH!!!!!
