He is a big receiver and by signing him we can trade down and then select a DL. I think we can pick up a good QB in the 4th rd, I am convinced that we will address the QB situation in a trade.

What QB in the 4th round?
this year's QB corp isn't very deep. Other than Brady Quinn, Troy Smith, possibly JeMarcus Russell others are very much a project (seeing that Brohm might not come out)

in the 4th round we might get someone like Tyler Palko from Pitt and that's a long shot project at best.
