Ditka Comments on BSPN

[Vendetta]

The talking heads were just on BSPN talking about the Raider troubles and what needs to be done to fix them. They all talked about the character of the players (Randy Moss), but Ditka had something else to say.

He said, now I'm paraphrasing, "Al Davis, sell the Raiders. I have a buyer. Sell the Raiders."

He repeated this comment about 6 times. Did anyone else see this?

He's guy who is paid a salary (probably a hefty one, at that) to give his opinions on various matters related to the National Football League.

Al Davis, a man without whom this league might not exist. It's one thing to state an opinion once and move on.

sports commentators and writers are like politicians if you agree with them they are geniuses. However, if your views conflict, their idiots. Take what they say with a grain of salt. If they weren't confrontational they would be fired they are just doing their job.

But it is true.... Bringing back the A team into the front office to try reunite old players and coaches and staff is not how you win football games. We need a fresh outside perspective. Nothing but respect for Al, but if he loves his team and his players and his fans then he needs to realise that he is killing all that he loves.

He is just stating his opinion and if you want my opinion, maybe a sale of the Raiders and total cleaning house might be the best thing. Get rid of these former Raider coaches that are nothing more than Al's homies that give him info. Bring in some strong personnel people and hire a bright coaching staff. All I know is what Al's been doing lately hasn't worked, in fact it's failed miserably. So how much worse could it possibly get if we had new people running the team?

I don't know why Raider fans cry when people at BSPN talk trash agasint us. We already establised a long time ago that BSPN people are biased. I would say the only somewhat fair guy is Chris Berman(eventhough he's a Charger fan) I respect him because he stays as unbiased as possible. Tom Jackson and the other nancy boy who played for Denver are obviously homers, and they are very obnoxous. That's why I just don't watch it anymore. I go to my friends house and watch NFL network which is a lot less biased.
