Question Carr for Moss?

I was thinking what if we traded moss for David Carr. The guy is a really good qb he just has been behind the worst oline in nfl history since he has been in the nfl. It might be stupid but I was thinking if we did this it would be an even better reason to get Peterson in the draft and it would make the qb unit stronger. He only has a bad record because of his line. He was really good in collage, he was soild. I just thought this would give a good qb now who we can have for a while and build with and would help us get more receivers. Give me your thoughts on this dont be to harsh.

Thanks

funny if we got him and it was a Gannon story all over again, they may have on of the worst olines in recent memory but we are not a far way off mate

That's what I am saying we have a bad line now but we are going to rebuild it this year. He would be like gannon. He just reminds me of Stabbler the most he just seems really cool and I think he has the Stabbler/Plunkettthing going on. I think it's a great idea I really fill something might happen like this.

Carr is a good QB, I'd take him. But then again, at this point I'd take Akili Smith for Moss.

Why would the Texans do this? They already have A. Johnson and they don't currently have a better option at QB...

Our o-line isn't exactly top of the line. Carr would get raped behind it.

well he's used to getting sacked a lot, so i guess it could be a fit. NO QB can help us until we make some serious improvements to our o-line.

Well I am betting that Plummer is either dealt or let go and where do you think he would go? Texans with Kubiak is a no brainer I think

I would rather try to keep him, but if he goes, send him to Carolina so he can be close to his family, and we can get steve smith or Julius Peppers.

I would love to see David Carr in Silver and Black. The guy is a solid QB and still young.

You all realize that the moment Moss goes to a new team he is going to be back to Superstar status and we are all going to feel like a bunch of morons for letting him go right?

Thats exaclty what it's going to be like. I will call it right now, whatever team Moss goes to next year he will get over 1,200 yards and 10 Td's.
