Cold Pizza says: "Leftwich(sp) good fit for Oakland"

This might get moved to the rumor mill, but I wanted to post it here first.

Leftwich(sp) has pretty much lost his job with the Jags, and both analysts on Cold Pizza agree that Leftwich might be a good fit here.

What do you guys think of Leftwich(sp) with the Raiders?

Why not start Brooks? We are already paying him and we thought he would be our starting QB at the start of the season. I'm just saying if we are going to go for Leftwhich then why not see what Brooks can do first?

Do we really want another immobile statue with a huge arm and a small brain? Not to mention Leftwich is injury prone...

no thanks as of now im convinced that this offense and o-line we have, we would need a mobile QB someone like seneca wallace would be nice or how about quinn from ND he can move and is strong as well as smart.

I have an idea:

Let's put Tom Walsh in at QB and let him run his own schemes so he can see firsthand how lame they are!

A injury prone stationary QB....don't we already have one of those...He get's destroyed here in Oakland. It wouldn't matter who we put back there with this line.

If I recall correctly, we also have a very mobile QB with a huge arm that was getting sacked quite a bit too.

Great idea, after three sacks (because he's stubborn) he would draw up some 3 steps.

I'd rather spend the big bucks fixing the O-line. Plus he's not even a free agent that means we'd have to give up a player or pick. I don't want to give up a pick BUT wouldn't mind throwing Porter there way.
