Our next head coach will be. . .
Rob Ryan.
Art Shell supposedly has a lifetime contract and will move up to GM once he begins to right the ship. Art would need to bring in someone familiar with the Raiders' system. Rob Ryan. For some reason, Ryan has hung around the past three years. He's improved the defense and the players really enjoy playing for him. In some ways, he reminds me of another Raider coach: John Madden. Now, imagine if Ryan is named head coach, and his brother, defensive coordinator for the Ravens, is named assistant head coach in charge of defense. Now things are beginning to make sense. |

Rex Ryan is the DC in Baltimore. When he leaves there it will be to take a head coaching job somewhere not the same job on another team. DC to DC with lhe lame ass assistant head coach title for the Raiders would actually be a step down in the coaching world.

If Shell steps down/gets fired it will probably be marriucci next.

If or when Shell goes up i think that we will improve because he's not the deep ball fan that Al is. And why wouldn't Rex want to come to the OAK? Im mean how often do brothers get to work together on the highest level possible. That sure would be nice on Rex's resume'.How he took the Raiders back to top where we so rightfully belong
