why didnt we get him? i know he is hurt all year, but that was his own fault(by the curse of otto bieing the only 00 because theres two o's in 00).
you know he looked about to otto why didnt we get him.. he muist be a raider fan ,and isnt Al davis(greatest man on the planet lol)close to jim otto? why didnt we use otto to recuirt him over here.. doesnt seem hard ? young stud center but we dropped the ball..

He wanted to play for the Browns. He is from Ohio and the Browns had the money to pay him.

Nobody but the Browns were going to sign him. Bentley was BORN in Cleveland. Raised there. Attended high school there. Then went to Ohio State. Thats home. Thats where the majority of his family and friends live.

hes on IR for the season and he wanted to play for his home town team he should have been a raider though becuse he wanted to wear ottos 00 number he might have actually done it if he was a raider.

Actually his second choice was to play for the Chargers. If the Browns had not signed him, his next visit was to the Bolts. BUT you're right, he wanted to play for the Browns and used the Eagles to leverage the deal. But as mentioned, San Diego was his second visit.

Makes sense that he's there. If I played Football at that level, I would do anything to be a Raider, including taking a pay cut. I just couldn't play my heart out against them.
