Moss not "bought-in"?
The season hasn't even started yet and one of the star player is not exercising leadership discretion.
http://www.profootballtalk.com/rumormill.htm All the good work that Shell has appeared to do throughout training camp can be quickly undone if the locker room/field leaders don’t tow the “company line” completely. Hopefully, a few early wins will defuse the potential damage that this lack of confidence by a leader such as Moss could inflict. A few early losses could bring out the worst in a few volatile players. Poor ABrooks if Moss and Porter are “off the bandwagon”.

Moss is overrated, I didn't like him coming to Oakland in the first place. All he does is run his mouth, just put and shut up already. Draft Calvin from Georgia Tech this year and deal both he and porter, I'm tired of this garbage!

Where do they come up with this ****? A guy speaks his mind and I guarantee you his words have been twisted around because writers have been waiting to make a big deal out of anything Moss might say. He isn't going anywhere. Christ if everyone were traded or released because of something negative they've said I think half of the players in the league would be trading teams year after year. Not everyone is T.O.

Oh boy. The media sometimes needs drama and creates it. Moss of course isnt happy about losing a teamate in Gabriel no one here is either. What was he suppose to say "glad we got rid of him"? Also Art is in his 1st year and cleaning the **** up that others left him. So walking on eggshells of course Art is in control and isnt putting up with the bs. This stuff is just the media making an attempt to stir some crap up.

Moss is a veteran player. He should know better than to say ANYTHING that can be interpreted negatively, especially about the team.
Anyone who thinks that Moss is a "victim" here is dead wrong. He knows exactly what he is saying and is quite able to anticipate the reactions. He wants out of Oakland and wants to play on a contender. He has implied it several times to the media. Regardless of what he wants, he should not be making the comments that he has been over the off-season. If he is being misquoted, then he should not talk to the media or at least make an immediate clarrification to the media. None of these things are happening so it only makes sense that he is purposely positioning himself to leave Oakland and still maintain as good a reputation as possible. Regardless of anyones feelings about Moss as a player and teammate on the field, he has a history of bad judgement and attitude issues. He wants out. He's getting older and his game is "down the field". He doesn't have many more chances of getting to a contender while he is still an impact player. These comments by him are, unfortunately, premeditated.

It's just another example of the Raider Haters trying to twist and spin someone's words into doom and gloom. Don't worry about it.
And Canadian Raider, it's "Toe the Line" bro.
