How is that talking sh*t? I hope people don't start posting threads like this because I will just trash them. He didn't ask to be traded. I hate when fans praise one minute and then turn their backs the next. Especially on a situation that is out of the players hands. Is he suppose to say "I hope I do real ****ty here now that I"m not a Raider?

And I might catch a lot of flack for this, but realistically who would you rather have throwing you the ball? Aaron Brooks or Tom Brady? I know who I'd pick. rudy |

Um, odds wise, he does have a better chance to succeed in NE.
1) No "Randy" to compete with. 2) The Pats are playoff contenders. 3) They have a solid, established QB. 4) They have a solid, established, successful system. (Patriot haters are gonna blow me up.) Nobody is a bigger Raider fan than me, but Gabriel did not seek a trade. if this is the ugliest thing he says, I can live with the truth.

He really isnt saying anything bad about the Raiders. He does have a better chance to succeed since the Patriots really don't have many good recievers like us, especially with Branch holding out.

Gabriel was good to us and gave us what he could and with that I will respect him forever. He will always be a Raider and as stated before it was not his choice to be traded. I'd also like to make note that he stated himself that he was a little surprised by the trade.
