Randy Moss does a minor restructure of his contract
Nothing major but Randy's base salary for this year was cut from $8.25 mill to $7.5 mill. I would assume the differnce will be made up in a signing bonus. The move would save Oakland $500,000 against this years Cap but increase Moss' cap hit $250,000 in 2007 and 2008.

Here is my question though:
If the Raiders do not do well this year and Randy Moss ends up not getting along with Art Shell after a losing season, does he ask to be traded? If so, all this restructuring could come back on them. Oh, and don't say "Well, we aren't going to have a losing season!" It's a question and I want to know what you all think.
