DE Javon Nanton Looking at Oakland

The Miami Herald reports the Minnesota Vikings have offered a contract to undrafted rookie free agent DE Javon Nanton (Miami, FL.). He has not decided on where to sign yet, but is leaning to the Oakland Raiders.

Hmmm...Good Thread & Post. Is there any info on this guy? Stats, strengths, weaknesses, profile??? Looks good that he wants to come to Oakland, but it would be GREAT if he were in the T.Kelly mold, a guy who could play both Dt & De, thats what we need.

Nice Thread & Post, if anyone has more info would be greatly appreciated.

I'd like DonTrell Moore from New Mexico. I guess he fell out of the draft due to his knee injury. I'd still like to bring him in for a look because he was productive, but better still is that he caught the ball well.

a shot to what?

Marcus Vick isnt a good NFL prospect talent wise nor attitude wise.
Drop the Vick off of his name and you wouldnt even be mentioning him. im sick and tired of these people talking about marcus vick because of his name. the guy sucks!!! its plain and simple.

He is an inside LB for a 3-4 and nothing more. Especially after his horrid 40 time which i bet all of the O-lineman we have signed as UDFA ran faster then !!! From memory i remember Parham running a 5.13-5.2 (could be off a lil but i know he ran higher then 5.0)
