Abraham to visit Oakland
It looks like John Abraham is going to visit Oakland in the next couple of days after being released by the Jets. He will also visit Atlanta.

my bad he wasnt released, but a reporter in New York was saying the Jets would strongly consider trading him for Oaklands 7th overall draft pick.

My money says....the donkies, falcons, or hawks will sign him before he comes over here to visit.

**There's no way I'm taking this serious. He would be the ideal individual to pair with Burgess, but this isnt going to happen. Imagine abraham on one side & Burgess on the other!!!! Pretty awesome THOUGHT!!!!!!!

No way in hell should we even remotely consider this deal. Abraham has missed time due to injury in 3 out of 6 of his seasons in the league. Not to mention his Charles Woodson-like ME FIRST attitude. I just don't imagine that Abraham is the type of player Davis/Shell are looking for. Too big of a name/ego to buy into what the Raiders are trying to accompish this season.

Raiders should just use thier draft pick on Hawk, Hgolita, or Huff.

I agree. What the Oakland Raiders are MOST LIKELY doing. They're trying to push the deal up for the donkies. If the donkies want him, Oakland is going to be there to give 'em competition, just so they end up paying more in the end.

As for abraham actually coming here....Not likely!!!
If all Oakland wants to do is pursue and sign....a fat OL that couldnt pass his physical, a Lb that hasnt played in 2-3 years, and da bears 3rd string TE, why would anyone seriously think a) Oakland is serious & B) abraham would want to come over here????
