03/10...5:30pm (est)...This is a special free-agency report...When the clock strikes midnight tonight the NFL free-agency period officially begins and the following is the latest talk and rumors circulating around the league...The New Orleans Saints have become the front-runners for Qb Drew Brees with the Miami Dolphins and Minnesota Vikings also believed to be interested in the soon to become former San Diego Charger...a report from the Miami Herald states that the Saints are set to outbid a few other teams including the Miami Dolphins for his services...however...there's been talk that Brees injury is worse then what some believe which is one of the reasons that the Chargers are parting ways with their signal caller...the Philadelphia Eagles are still believed to be the front-runners to land C LeCharles Bentley...the New York Giants are set to hand former Dolphin CB Sam Madison a multi year contract...the Arizona Cardinals will take a long look at CB Will Allen of the Giants and are reportedly ready to become serious players for soon to be former Colt Egerrrin James...the Dallas Cowboys will finally find a reliable kicker to relieve the stress on Bill Parcells...Adam Viniateri is on the market and played for Parcells in his rookie season...we will be covering all the moves by the teams in Free Agency this weekend.
