Has anyone heard anything about this ?
Hey guys and gals just had a quick question regarding a rumor I heard at work today.

A co-worker who is also a Jets fan came up to me and said "Looks like Lamont Jordan doesn't like being there in Oakland?" he said he heard or read not sure cause I don't pay much attention to all the crap I get from Giants and Jets fans being from the eastcoast, that LJ didn't want to be a Raider.

Just wondering how much truth this has and if I should throw my stapler at him next time he walks by my desk?

I haven't heard anything but I know he wasn't complaining at the end of their crappy season. But just in case...throw the stapler!!

I can see how it may have started ... the dude does talk too much and didn't look happy at all after several press conferences.
Of course, after a loss you usually don't look happy - but easy pickings for assheaded media outlets and fans wishing to start rumors.

I'd prefer the dude be as pissed as possible, maybe that'd help him consistently run like a bad ass like I know he can.

Wishful thinking on his part! Lamont is a Raider now and I'm sure it pisses him off that the Jets are stuck with Curtis Martin. I mean the guy is getting old and seems to be injury prone.

Yeah , I am upmin here in NE and have not heard a lick to support this. But you know how it goes , anyone can start a rumor. Probably heard it on one of those bull**** NY sports talk radio shows like Michael Kay or Steven A Smith or some lame ass show like that and said oh it must be true if they said so because there is no bias after all.

Lamont has said he had a disapointing season here. He wants to improve his game (ie blocking and pass catching) and wants more oppertunities so he said he was going to dedicate the offseason to that. I believe that the twisted selective hearing of that jet fan overrid common sense.

Dont throw the stapler.. throw the whole damn desk upside his head!
