drafting vince young?
look like vince young is falling down the board, what do you guys thing if he fall all the way down to 7th pick, that could be a steal?

he's a runner type QB, which does not really fit the raiders scheme i suppose...

I wasnt claiming MARIJAUNAVICH (correct spelling) to V.Young in any way. I think he will be a fine QB, Al just doesnt have a history of drafting QB's in round 1. If Hawk, M.Williams, or V.Davis are available you pick there for a quicker return on investment. Besides they wouldnt have to pay a top ten LB, DE or TE as much as a V.Young.

Honestly are most pressing need Is a LEADER in a QB.

2.OLB
3.SS

DE. we got Kelly resighn hamilton or get Lawson, OLB we can get Witherspoon from carolina, Draft is very deep in LB's

SS- Archuleta(dont want him AL wanted to draft him), Tank Williams, Cory Chavous(friends with Moss)

DT- T.SANDS ( i like him has potential kicked ass against S.D) Hawthorne(can emerge next year) Jasper(when healthy played solid) Draft late RD.

LB- Sam Williams( needs to stay healthy but he's big fast and stong, coach's were excited about him before he got hurt last year)

OL- RT-Slaughter(he handeled his own on strahan) We need Guards

TE-Anderson(he can only get better has tremendous upside)

Al Davis the the best in bringing in Talent so we can Afford and Take YOUNG with our 1st The REWARD is worth the Risk!! We can still fill all the Holes that we have and Al is best at that we have alot of young talent thats only gona get better our defense is almost their And is u guys wana talk history Al hates taking LB's in the Draft. If vince is their at #7 he's our's. This picks make the most sense.

If you want a top 10 QB the will be out of the league in a few years, why not just sign Akilli Smith Or Tim Couch? Young rose in the draft based upon one season and wasn't on anyone's radar until they beat USC. If you want a QB that can lead he has to be able to read and Young has shown he is not the brightest candle.

I say HELL NO!!! We don't need Young and can't afford to waste a pick on him.

Just say no to Vince Young, please! This guy can't hit the broadside of a barn over 40 yards. Sure, he can throw the ball a long ways, but, he can't put it on the money. (Go back and watch that QB challenge he was in if you don't believe me)

I am not doggin' on Young, I'm doggin' on the idea of wasting our pick on Young.

This guy is a project and a HUGE risk. This team cannot afford this kind of risk right now. "Just Win Baby", and please do it soon. Vince Young does not help us right now. If things work out differently I will be happy to eat crow, but, IMO Walter has more NFL tangibles than Young. JMHO

vince young, randy moss and jerry porter... no1 could stop that
plus vince can run the ball like no other so that just adds an extra dimension
and im sure it will help jordan out a lot too
